60-minute live nervous system regulation call (2nd Wednesday of the month)
You know when you sit down at the end of the day and take a big exhale (maybe you don’t)... this breathwork session is that big exhale. It’s a huge hug for your nervous system, a moment of peace for you and the perfect reset you need to support you through the month.
Access to the audio library
This is the magic, any time, any place - you put your headphones in and you press play. Audios from 3 minutes to 10 minutes, audios for sleep, calm, energy, morning check ins, nervous system healing - there's an audio for everything… and if you have a specific request - I’ll create it for you for next month.
Weekly Pause emails
Each week, you’ll receive a short email with gentle prompts, audio suggestions, and reminders for your live sessions. These check ins are designed to keep you grounded, supported, and gently accountable so your breathwork practice stays consistent, even when life feels busy. It’s calm structure, not pressure.

Monthly Somatic Release Breathwork Session (4th Wednesday of the month)
This is the deeper work, where we give our body the chance to release what it's been holding onto. Tension, stress, emotions - we let the body do the talking here. We give ourselves permission to process and we do it with our body.
We connect with our intuition, our body and support our nervous system. Common words to describe how you feel after this session are; calm, free, connected, unshielded, powerful, peaceful, clarity, renewed. Expect beautiful shifts to happen when you consistently integrate this style of breathwork into your life.
