I’m busy, is this for me?
UNBOUND is for women who are ready to prioritise themselves even if life is busy. If you’re looking for a quick fix or something you can half dip into, this isn’t it. But if you’re ready to show up with intention, commit to change, and grow, you’ll get out what you put in.
What if I’m not good at sticking to things?
Consistency isn’t a personality trait, it’s nervous system safety. If you’ve struggled to stay committed in the past, there’s probably a reason (hello, survival mode). In UNBOUND, we build your capacity, not your to-do list. But you do need to be ready to show up for yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Is this for me?
This is for the ‘I’m fine’ women. The ones who hold it together on the outside but are quietly tense, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected. UNBOUND is for anyone ready to stop avoiding and start feeling, properly, fully, and safely.
How long is the programme?
UNBOUND runs as a 3 month or 6 month journey, depending on what level of depth and support you choose.
What if I can’t make a call for one week?
All sessions are pre-booked during your 90-minute mapping session, so your support is structured and easy to plan around. If something comes up, you’ll have access to a rescheduling link just be sure to follow the rescheduling guidelines outlined in your contract.
What if I’m not sure this is the right time?
I want you to be ready for this programme and change. BUT the truth is, the perfect time probably doesn’t exist. If you’ve been stuck in the same cycles for months (or years), this might be your sign to stop waiting. Ask yourself will the right time come? Or is that a defense mechanism?
