My work blends somatic coaching, breathwork and nervous system education to support people in understanding and shifting stress patterns at the level of the body.

The intention is not to change who you are.

It’s to create more internal space so you can feel more like yourself again.

What is somatic coaching and how does it support stress and performance?

Somatic coaching is a body-based approach that works with the nervous system, breath and physiology to help shift chronic stress patterns. Instead of focusing only on mindset, it supports how stress is held and processed in the body. This can improve emotional regulation, resilience, focus and overall wellbeing, especially when stress has been building over time.

Your nervous system is what allows you to move between states of stress and rest. When it has been under ongoing pressure for a long time, it can become harder to fully switch off, rest or recover. Over time, this can impact sleep, energy and overall capacity. Supporting nervous system regulation helps create more steadiness, emotional balance and resilience in everyday life.

Breathwork supports the nervous system by influencing physiological stress responses such as heart rate, breathing patterns and overall activation levels. Because the breath is directly linked to the stress response system, changing how you breathe can help signal safety to the body and support a gradual shift out of overwhelm.
