From this, we create a tailored plan that supports your performance, resilience and wellbeing from the inside out.
Access to the Pause pre recorded Breathwork Audios
Short breathwork audios (3–10 minutes) for real‑time regulation. You’ll get simple protocols so you know exactly which audio to use and when to support your progress throughout the programme.

What is somatic performance coaching?
Somatic performance coaching blends breathwork, nervous system regulation and body‑based tools to improve your sleep, energy, focus and resilience. We start with your physiology to work at the root rather than cover the symptoms.
Do I need experience with breathwork or somatic practices?
Not at all. UNBOUND is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We start with gentle, accessible breathwork and foundational nervous system support.
How does breathwork improve sleep, stress and resilience?
Your breath directly influences your nervous system. By improving breathing mechanics and the chemistry of the breath, you can reduce stress reactivity, sleep more deeply, recover faster and think more clearly under pressure. UNBOUND uses simple, science‑backed breathwork to help your body shift out of survival mode and into a state where performance becomes sustainable.
How long is the programme?
UNBOUND is an initial 3 month programme. This gives your nervous system enough time to stabilise, build capacity and create lasting changes in how you sleep, recover and perform.
After the first 3 months, we can reduce or adapt the frequency of sessions depending on your progress and what you need next.
Will this involve emotional release or deep trauma work?
No. UNBOUND is not a trauma processing programme. We focus on breathwork, physiology and nervous system regulation to improve sleep, energy, resilience and performance. If somatic release breathwork is introduced later, it’s always gentle, grounded and without pressure for emotional release.
What if I’m not sure this is the right time?
If you want to improve your sleep, energy, focus and resilience without burning out and you’re ready for a science‑backed, body‑based approach — UNBOUND is likely a great fit. A discovery call will help us confirm it’s the right support for where you are and where you want to go.
I have a busy schedule — will UNBOUND still work for me
Yes. UNBOUND is designed for people with full lives and demanding roles. But it does require commitment. The tools are simple and practical, but they only create change when you use them consistently. If you can dedicate a small amount of focused throughout the week, you’ll see meaningful improvements in your sleep, energy, clarity and resilience.
