We begin with a personalised assessment to understand how your body is currently responding to stress, pressure and your overall physiological load.

From this, we create a tailored plan that supports your performance, resilience and wellbeing from the inside out.

Access to the Pause pre recorded Breathwork Audios

Short breathwork audios (3–10 minutes) for real‑time regulation. You’ll get simple protocols so you know exactly which audio to use and when to support your progress throughout the programme.

4x 1:1 Coaching Sessions per month

What happens in a 1:1 somatic coaching session?

Sessions combine somatic coaching, breathwork and nervous system support based on what you need that week.

We begin by understanding your current state and patterns, and then focus on building safety and regulation in the body first — not just the mind.

From there, we gradually work to increase capacity, resilience and steadiness over time.

No experience is needed. Everything is guided and adapted to your nervous system and capacity as we work together.

This is very common in the modern world. Many people I work with are used to operating in a high pressure or high functioning state, where slowing down can initially feel unfamiliar. We don’t force long relaxation. Instead, we titrate slowly working with the nervous system and build over time.

This varies depending on your stress load, lifestyle and nervous system patterns. Some people notice early shifts such as more awareness, changes in sleep and tension. Deeper changes in resilience, emotional regulation and capacity tend to build gradually over time with consistency.

No, this is not therapy. Somatic coaching focuses on present-day nervous system regulation, stress patterns and capacity building through the body. It is forward-focused and supports how you function in daily life, rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

Yes. Many people use somatic coaching alongside therapy, medication or other forms of support. This work focuses on the physiological and nervous system layer, which can complement other approaches by helping you understand and shift how stress is held in the body. You will need to sign a health declaration prior to starting coaching.

This depends on your goals and assessments but consistency is important for nervous system change. All clients will work for a minimum of 8 weeks initially and then we can  adapt the structure based on what your system needs.

My work integrates somatic coaching, breathwork and nervous system regulation with an understanding of physiology and stress patterns in the body. Rather than focusing only on mindset or motivation, we work directly with how your system responds to pressure — including stress activation, capacity and recovery. This creates change that is felt in the body, not just understood intellectually.

Yes,  1:1 somatic coaching sessions are available online across the UK and internationally. In person sessions in Manchester are also available.

After you enquire, I will send you a form to compelte. After I review your form to understand what you’re looking for and whether UNBOUND is the right fit I will organise a short call to explore your goals and make sure the support is appropriate for your needs. If we both feel it’s a good fit, I’ll send through next steps including onboarding and session details.
