It all started with an accidental breathwork class that I had no idea would change my life

My mission now is to create a space where it’s normal to use both mind and body tools to navigate this wild, messy, beautiful life.

I’m the kind of coach (and human) who wants you to actually live the life your 10 year old self dreamt of, before the adulting, deadlines and stress became your normal.

I want you to feel free enough to move your body. To scream. To make noise. To have self belief instead of waiting for a sign and to have healthier, happier relationships with boundaries that actually feel good. 

I’m not here to hand you a morning routine.

I’m here to hold space while you reconnect with yourself, and yes we’ll have fun doing it.

It’s a journey, and I’ll be right by your side.

Ladies, I know we're told that overthinking is the root of all our problems

But the truth is, you’re doing so much and not enough people acknowledge it.

You try to keep everything afloat – breaking through glass ceilings, nurturing relationship, managing your health

And somehow feeling open, soft and like yourself can feel impossible.

But I also know getting to that place where you feel calm, connected, and like you again isn’t easy.

It looks like pouring a glass of wine just to exhale, scrolling Instagram at 1am while planning a brand new morning routine, and wondering – when did life get so stressful?

Giving you a new morning routine, telling you to take a deep breath and waving goodbye isn't my style.

Instead, I work with the body, using somatic tools like breathwork and nervous system support that help you actually feel your emotions  instead of just thinking about them.

Other coaches might do it differently. But I know this isn’t just a ‘reduce your stress’ problem.

It’s feeling stuck, carrying tension in your shoulders like a backpack full of bricks, waking at 3 a.m., and dealing with unexplained health niggles that make life heavier than it needs to be.

I’m here to bring that mind and body connection deeper.

To help your body release what it’s been holding, creating space for the changes you want and the version of yourself you’ve been so ready to become.

The story didn’t start with me planning to become a Somatic Stress & Breathwork coach.

For years, I struggled to switch off, rest without guilt, or even understand how I actually felt. I was snapping at people I loved, overthinking everything, and stuck in a constant cycle of being wired but tired.

Then I went to what I thought was just another meditation class. It turned out to be breathwork… and it changed everything.

It gave me what I didn’t know I was looking for.

I’d been living in my head, chasing goals, stacking habits and making my to do list even longer.

From the outside, I looked like I was thriving.

But inside, I was disconnected from my body, carrying tension in my shoulders, irritable and had that constant feeling of being on edge.

That one breathwork session sparked a shift. I went from running on stress and people pleasing to feeling calm, present and connected to my body.

And I knew I wanted to share this with other women who, like me, were quietly pushing through and convinced they just needed to ‘keep calm and carry on.’

Now, I support women to soften, open and create real capacity in their life. So they can sleep through the night, move with ease and live with the joy and freedom they deserve.

You get one life. You deserve to bloody enjoy it.

Not just when you’re OOO, on a trip with the gals, or tucking into a slice of pizza

This is about waking up on a Wednesday morning feeling calm, present and like yourself again.

That’s what happens when you reconnect your mind and body.
