Join me as I bring the magic of breathwork to a space near you. These sessions are something special – the energy, the music, the venue… it all comes together to create something you can feel in your body.
This is your space to just be. Come exactly as you are, whether you’re totally new to breathwork, somatic work or long term breather everyone is welcome.
Expect deep breaths, release, grounding, stillness, presence and yes… we’ll be having some fun too.

IMPORTANT TERMS
Pass is valid for 5 months from purchase.
1 class per calendar month (with one month off if needed).
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-shows will use that month’s credit.
If a class is cancelled by the facilitator, your credit will be released back to you.Unused credits expire after 5 months
HOW IT WORKS
Once you purchase the pass, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal booking code. (Check SPAM)
To secure your space each month:
- Go to Eventbrite Link in the email
- Choose the class date you would like to attend (select the single class ticket).
- Enter your code at checkout.
- Your ticket will reduce to £0.
- Select Reserve to confirm your place.
Spaces are very limited (maximum 6 people), so booking early is recommended. All sessions are first come, first served.
**IMPORTANT. THESE BREATHWORK SESSIONS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE A HEALTH DECLARATION WHEN BOOKING INDIVIDUAL CLASSES.
Participant confirms that they are in good physical health and mental condition, and that they do not suffer from any condition that would hinder their participation in Breathwork activities, including but not limited to:
Cardiovascular conditions including high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, heart attack or stroke, heart disease, uncontrolled thyroid conditions and uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy or history of seizures, severe asthma, glaucoma, detached retina, osteoporosis, recent surgery, diagnosed severe PTSD, severe mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar, any person with mental health concerns who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support, any person experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis. Any person that is pregnant.
This list is not all inclusive and we generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a physician before beginning Breathwork.

Somatic Release Breathwork Sessions

Join me for a 90 minute guided breathwork session with the intention of boosting resilience, helping your body restore, your mind quieten and drop into deep rest and relaxation.
This is your space to unwind, reset and feel more like yourself again.
We’ll gently release the patterns of tension and overwhelm that build up in everyday life.
You don’t need any experience.
With regular breathwork, people often notice better sleep, more energy, clearer focus, less stress and a deeper sense of confidence and presence.
(& let’s not forget the beauty of taking 90 minutes for yourself each month)
In each session, you will:
• Learn the simple techniques we’ll be using
• Understand what’s happening in your body and why it matters
• Explore tools that support your nervous system
• Take part in active, guided breathing
• Integrate gently afterwards
• Close with meditation and visualisation.
